I bought an unlimited downloads plan, but the cart says I should pay for the recordings. What should I do?

Downloading as an active member is very simple.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Make sure your cart is empty BEFORE you log-in.
  2. Log-in with the username and password you chose when you subscribed (if you do not remember your password, please contact us OR reset your password here).
  3. Once you are logged-in, you will be directed to your account. On the left, you will see a green button to clear your cart. Click on it.
  4. You will be directed to the audio library. Add anything you want to the cart.
  5. When you’re ready, hit ”check out”. The final amount at the checkout page will show $0.

I can’t download to an iPhone or iPad. What to do?
