I bought an unlimited downloads plan, but the cart says I should pay for the recordings. What should I do?
Downloading as an active member is very simple.
Please follow these steps:
- Make sure your cart is empty BEFORE you log-in.
- Log-in with the username and password you chose when you subscribed (if you do not remember your password, please contact us OR reset your password here).
- Once you are logged-in, you will be directed to your account. On the left, you will see a green button to clear your cart. Click on it.
- You will be directed to the audio library. Add anything you want to the cart.
- When you’re ready, hit ”check out”. The final amount at the checkout page will show $0.
I can’t download to an iPhone or iPad. What to do?
