Happiness for hypnosis, huh? Who would have thought? I was always sure that I’d be happy when I got a raise. I got it. I’d be happy when my kids got married. They did. I’d be happy when I had grandkids. I have three now, God bless them. So I got all I wished for, but… there was a void that never got filled. I tried to fill it with things that didn’t last for the long term and always looked for the next achievement that would finally bring me the happiness I was craving. Well, I got it, but it wasn’t because of things or goals. It was because of me. I’m happy with what I’ve got. I’m happy to live. I’m happy to have myself as my best friend. I’m writing this article following profound research I have conducted about happiness and the benefits it can bring you. I am convinced that a deep understanding of these concepts can completely shift the way you perceive yourself and the world.

As a matter of fact, once you change your patterns regarding happiness, you will notice how your results gain momentum and rapidly change without working hard for it. Yes, it is that simple.

Your beliefs limit your happiness

How many times have you been around negative people and heard them say things like: “everything is so hard”; “I need money to be happy”; “I’ll be happy only if I find love”; “I’ve been going through a rough childhood and I will always carry those wounds with me – I will never be happy”; “I find no meaning in my job, but I can’t quit because….”

The main reason you’re deprived of prolonged contentment is that you hang your happiness on something else. You condition your happiness upon the desired manifestation – “I will be happy if…” “My happiness will come only after…” it’s always after something, an achievement or a result.

You see, the emotions of joy and exhilaration you feel – stem from within, but you give the credit to external sources.

This form of mindset is so attached to the thing you want to have, that you believe you can’t be complete without it.

The hypnosis is designed to help you neutralize this clingy mentality and make. The happiness hypnosis will also put you on the path of acknowledging the things you have NOW, instead of putting your attention on what’s missing.

Happiness can be a regular thing

It is true that you have had crazy moments of happiness that give you a huge rush and intense excitement. If you bungee-jumped, you know what I am talking about. You could have also experienced happiness’ full power when you gave birth for the first time, when you won a big award or when you got accepted into the name-brand college you really wanted.

But unlike the ordinary person, who experiences divine happiness on rare occasions, the enlightened human experiences it on a regular basis. Now, I’m not talking about having ‘high-like’ daily happiness, but more of a content, inner peace, sort of happiness.

In the past, I used to complain about things, focused on what’s wrong and what was missing, and completely ignored the good I already had. Generally speaking, I was not happy.

However, I needed to walk on that road in order to develop and grow. I needed to be there so that I could train my brain to be happy. I managed to do this successfully thanks to the hypnosis recordings I created for myself.

Let’s face it- your day to day life has a familiar routine – you know what to expect almost every day and there aren’t many surprises: you go to work (which you may or may not like), pay the bills, and hopefully doing the things you love in between.

So, how can you practice ongoing happiness most often than not inside the settings of your predictable reality?

One of the most effective and free ways to do it is by practicing mindfulness. This means to be in the moment -being mindful of what is going on right now, without wishing it would be different. Without judging it. Just observe things.

You can physically engage in a conversation with your friend, but not truly be present. You most likely escape to mind trips, like thinking of your date last night and why they’re not responding to your text.

How to master mindfulness

I can tell you how I do it, even though I’m sure there are many other great options. It’s preferable that you choose one way or two ways that work for you and focus on them.

Take five minutes every day and hold your hands so that your fingers touch each other. Close your eyes and simply bring your attention to the senses of your fingers touching each other.

You will probably drift away and hundreds of thoughts will cross your mind during this practice, and that’s OK. Each time you notice this, just bring back your focus to what is happening at this moment – your fingers. This is the best picture I have found that illustrates it.

So long as you keep training, you’ll be more focused and less scattered. This simple exercise can make it much easier to stop the mental chatter during your day and just tune you into an inner peace.

If you’re on a date thinking, ‘I wish this was my ex-sitting here in front of me’, the mindfulness practice will neutralize all those “too bad that…” or “I wish things would be different” kind of thoughts. It will keep your attention on that specific moment.

This way, you will appreciate and enjoy the little moments, like noticing the huge abundance that already surrounds you. The abundance you have for free, always available for you, without making any effort whatsoever to achieve it: the air you breathe, the sun you feel on your skin, the beauty of nature… the trees and flowers that are just there, and your senses that enable you to feel all this.

Mindfulness is just one part of the happiness puzzle. There are other ingredients, and without them, your happiness level might not reach the heights it potentially can.

What is your vibration?

Everything in this world has a certain vibration – your thoughts, the pretty plant in the corner of your living room and your fluffy cat. This field has been studied extensively. Dr. David Horowitz’s research is especially remembered. He mapped the frequencies and showed that joy is one of the highest vibrations, just below peace and enlightenment.

The happiness hypnosis includes a frequency that is directly associated with joy; I will elaborate on it in a bit.

As humans, the range of our vibrations is between 1 Hz and 1000 Hz. Joy reaches 600 Hz and above. Love, for example, is around 500. That’s why when you’re in love, everything seems fabulous. Suddenly your supervisors’ snarky comments don’t offend you as much and you feel that you can conquer anything you want. If you’re below 500, you’re in a mid-low energy.

Unfortunately, the average number worldwide stands at 200(!). This is the reason why only a few of us are really happy. Hitler’s number, for example, was 45. With such a low vibration of hatred, sadism and other negative energies, no wonder his ‘contribution’ to the world was so destructive.

Where are you on the chart? Are you usually angry? Feel guilty (guilt is the lowest energy that exists, at 20)? Apathetic? Too bad we don’t have a frequency measurement that can tell us where we are, but it’s not that hard to figure out. Just be aware of your emotions.

Feeling joy is not enough

Remember that we mentioned earlier about the concept of blocking beliefs? Feeling good is awesome, but not enough. Take, for example, the low-caste people who live in India. There are millions of people who live in extreme poverty, famine, and scarcity. But … they’re happy.

I personally have never been there, but I hear about this from friends who traveled to these areas. They said, “Wow, if those poor people are so happy, it just shows that you don’t need money or material wealth to be happy.”

That’s right. You don’t NEED money to be happy, but being broke and living from paycheck to paycheck is living in abundance?

On the other hand, there are many examples of celebrities that manifested millions of dollars while suffering from clinical depression and anxiety. All the money in the world will not make them happy. This hat is not living in abundance either.

Your automated paradigms

Your inner negative patterns are the ones that determine your ongoing happiness. Practicing mindfulness can bring a huge relief and temporary release resistance out of your system, but it doesn’t have the power to change your dominant unconscious programming.

If you haven’t revealed yet your limiting conditioning, it will continue to rule your life and you will never know why you’re depressed even though you’re “supposed” to be happy. You will lack the understanding of why you’re still stuck, no matter how hard you try to make a change.  It gets so frustrating that the issues you’re struggling with are set on repeat mode and you just can’t seem to break this cycle.

Your patterns are stronger than anything else in the world. They control the way you think, make decisions, feel and act.

So, yes, from time to time you can reach a crazy level of joy frequency, but how long do you think that will last until your automated pattern brings you back to your course?

It’s just like how a plane operates. It has an automatic mechanism that is predefined. Therefore, if it is carried away from its route for whatever reason it may be, the settings of its system make sure to bring it back to what was determined.

The obstructive paradigms are true for anything you can imagine, and not only for happiness.

Why do you think that abused women keep attracting abusive partners over and over again? They believe, deep within, that “I am not worthy love or anything good.” They don’t even know that this hidden force resides within, kicking inside and leading their every step. Why do you think lottery winners lose all of their money up to five years from the moment they made those big bucks? Because they possess settings such as, “easy come, easy go”; “money and I just don’t go together”; “I don’t deserve abundance”; “I am not good enough to succeed”.

Keep in mind that any shift is a process, just like attending the gym, or learning how to ski or playing the violin. You can’t expect to work out today and see a desirable six-pack tomorrow. It doesn’t work that way. I am not offering an instant solution, but a proven, deep method that can tremendously reshape your brain in the most profound manner.
