Thank you

The meditation for self-love provided me with a deep confidence I’ve never experienced before. It’s like, I love myself, and therefore, nothing can go wrong, you know what I mean? I always have myself to count on, and that’s all I need. It makes me feel so secure and safe. There isn’t a better feeling than that. Thank you, I love all of your programs!

by Emma on Meditation For Self Love & Acceptance

Loving myself is a blessing. It’s not just summing up to accepting who I am. For me, the meditation for self-love has brought so much joy and abundance into my life. I guess I’m radiating a higher vibration and I attract amazing people who have helped me reach my goals faster. Not only that, I receive lots of gifts. For example, a new couple I met, in their 60’s, have a cabin in Maine and they invited me for a vacation. Wow, a free vacation! That has never happened to me. Another great person I met recently gave me an inspiring idea for my business that I immediately applied and that helped me increase my conversion rate. And all of that because I developed a deep self-love that opened the gates for wonderful people, events and situations.

by Marissa on Meditation For Self Love & Acceptance

The meditation for self-love was a turning point for me. I downloaded it a while ago, but started listening constantly only last month. This has brought me unbelievable results. I got to know myself a lot better. I know who I am, and I stopped being clingy and needy. Because I couldn’t provide the love for myself, I was dependent on others to do that for me. But that pushed them away, which increased the self-hate. I don’t need anybody else to love me. I mean, it would be nice, and just as a bonus for the love I give myself, but I don’t act from a place of need anymore. Thank you for helping me change something so fundamental I struggled with, I’m so grateful for that.

Empower your life: meditation for self-love & self-acceptance

If you could look at your being from an outside perspective, what would you feel? Is it anger? Shame? Disappointment?

Do you tend to criticize yourself? Be harsh on your failures? Rarely feel self-compassion? Prone to magnify your shortcomings and focus on them more often that acknowledging the gifts you’re blessed with?

Why, despite our enormous efforts, do we still find it difficult to love ourselves? In this article, I will reveal to you the root of the lack of self-love and offer a direct and easy method to heal it.

Why don’t you experience self love

As children, we needed validation, approval, and protection from our parents. Unfortunately, most of us, including myself, were not provided to have this healthy environment. During our upbringing we were completely dependent on our parents for survival, so we had to make sure that we received their love and validation, even if it meant to neglect our own needs and feelings.

Our parents’ voices became our own. When they got mad at us or deprived us of love, care, and affection, we interpreted this behavior as – “there must be something wrong with me. My mom knows best, so if she’s treating me this way, this means I am not OK”.

This was the beginning of the root of shame – we were ashamed of who we were because we included the paradigm -“I am bad”. “I am not good enough”.

Therefore, in order to ensure our survival, we had to CHANGE ourselves to make our parents treat us right. But we discovered that no matter what we did, our basic needs were not fully met.

This is the reason, until this day, we have continued telling ourselves that who we are is not good enough – it’s an unconscious survival need.

Since we didn’t really get the love we needed just for being ourselves, we learned that “it is not ok to be who I am. I must change myself so others can love me. I am not deserving of love for being me. If my parents didn’t love me, and they know best, how can I love me”?

You see, we HAD to develop those paradigms to make sure our parents will not abandon us. We HAD to align ourselves with their views in order to be physically secured.  So I really want to understand that this is not your fault. Don’t beat yourself up forn ending up not loving and accept yourself, it is what you were forced to believe in order to survive.

The meditation for self-love can significantly help you untie this old conditioning and propel you toward self-compassion, appreciation and honoring your needs and feelings.

What is self love and acceptance

Loving ourselves first and foremost is about acknowledging that we have a self! So many of you didn’t even know you had a self.

You were never trained to check-in with yourself- what do I WANT? What do I NEED? How do I FEEL about this? Do I want to meet with my friend tonight or am I too tired for this? Do I feel obligated to invite this person to my party or do I really want to do this?

Self-love is about treating ourselves right, with respect and compassion. For example – eating healthy, taking care of our body and our emotional wounds. Understanding our patterns – WHY we feel depressed, WHY we tend to worry, WHY we attract the wrong people into our lives, instead of running away from our pain to alcohol, food, drugs, random sex and other temporary escapes that don’t address the root of our problems.

Self-love is about feeling worthy and valuable, just for being you, that is not based solely on external accomplishments and achievements.

Loving yourself is to have the freedom to express your needs, feelings and wants because they are VALID. It’s about prioritizing our needs, without feeling ashamed, guilty or bad about it.

Self-love enables you to set healthy goals that truly resonate with your being, and taking the necessary actions to manifest them.

Start your journey from a state of self-acceptance

Many people get it wrong when it comes to accepting themselves. They believe that if they accept themselves, it will prevent them from making the desired changes. But it’s not the case at all.

As a matter of fact -self-acceptance is the inner force of creating a change. You see, it’s impossible to reach a positive goal from a negative starting point. Only a place of self-acceptance will enable you to look for healthy solutions, and treat yourself with ease and care during this process of healing.

We learned that criticism and being hard on ourselves can drive us to improve our defects, but is it really true? Imagine how would differently you would be affected if your parents treated you tenderly, with love, appreciation, and respect, instead of criticism, control and disdain…

Reshape your brain to love yourself

Subliminal messages are an excellent tool to make a profound change because the hidden hypnotic suggestions bypass your consciousness and, by that, your inner resistance.

Don’t worry if you don’t hear the affirmations. Be sure that your subconscious mind absorbs everything! In this meditation for self-love you will receive a nonstop stream of empowering suggestions about self-love and acceptance.

Your brain will assimilate in your system all of the hypnotic messages in this meditation for self love, and will have no choice but to accept them.

Unleash your hidden force

According to studies conducted by researchers around the world, the subconscious mind is in charge of 97% of your life results.

It processes 40 million bits of information per second, unlike your consciousness, which processes only 40 bits of information. In other words, it is a million times stronger than your consciousness!

Therefore, no matter how much you try to love yourself at the conscious level, so long as your unconscious is programmed for self-criticism, a lack of acceptance and a need for approval, it will always win! Your reality will always align with your dominant internal settings.

Expand your growth with self love

The meditation for self love will re-define your belief system so that it stops preoccupying your mind with sabotaging thoughts and depleting emotions.

You will finally be ready to step out of your comfort zone and take a look at your inner self. It might feel scary at first, but when you stop avoiding the pain and go right through it, you will train your brain that your feelings matter, that you are important and should not be ignored anymore.

Loving who you are will set you free! You will start making different choices that support your well-being, immerse yourself in positive vibrations and will be open to receive abundance. Usually, when you don’t love yourself – you also feel highly uncomfortable receiving abundance – whether it’s attention from others, love, respect, money and etc.
