The social anxiety hypnosis had a huge impact on me. I’m not hiding anymore behind Facebook likes and I’m actually meeting people out of my comfort zone. It still scares me, but at the same time, I’m enjoying this. After all, we’re social creatures and the anxiety really prevents us from fulfilling our nature. I have a long way to go, but I’m patient about it because I know I’m on the right track now.

The hypnosis for social anxiety is really working for me. I mix it with the other social anxiety recording and I’m amazed by the process I’m going through. I always preferred to stay home and avoid crowds and people, and now I’m initiating invites. I’m still an introvert and enjoy my alone time, but I also learn to have fun socializing and meeting new people. Instead of being scared, I started to get curious about them, their stories and passions. The funny thing is that none of my fears truly manifested. The people I meet are so kind. I’m usually not the type who writes reviews, but I felt like I must share my results with others who are thinking about whether they should purchase this. My social anxiety ruined my life. It really did. I’m 29 as I write this and am so thrilled to celebrate my 30 th birthday without this curse. I had only two boyfriends. I wasn’t in love with either of them. But the motive that kept me there was “I’m too scared to go out on dates and get to know someone else all over again. I simply cannot go through with this”. If you read Vortex’s articles, you probably know that’s not a good reason to be in a relationship. Fear is not a reason to do anything, but my whole life was about fear of the world.
