Thank you, Edith, for providing this for free. I’d buy it anyway, but I appreciate that you care. I have dealt with anger ever since I could remember. I was a rejected child and that caused an enormous frustration and rage within. The anger management meditation made me go deeper and look inside. I used to excuse my behavior and say things like, “oh, I’m angry because my parents never loved me. Or I’m angry because being a foster child was hard and the system didn’t care where I would end up”. It’s true. The system didn’t care. My parents didn’t care. But when I suffered from anger, I didn’t care. Now I want to care. I do care. I’ve stopped being angry for others’ mistakes. It’s so much better to live peacefully. I’m not there yet, but this is definitely helping me getting there fast.

I heard this phrase that says: “holding onto anger is like drinking poison and expecting the other person will get affected”. That’s exactly what I did throughout my adolescent and adult life. How stupid is that? I sought help after snapping at my ex-wife one day. I completely lost it. When I have rage attacks, I immediately regret it right away. The rage attacks usually intensify when I’m hungry, so I make sure to always carry a snack or something to eat with me. The anger management mp3 really worked for me and I hope it works for you too. I was surprised by the change I’ve made because I didn’t expect it. I think the key is to really want to make things better. I now look back at those irrelevant things I got mad about and laughing. What a waste of time. This recording helped me control my anger, not in a way like “I want to be angry, but I can’t”, but in a more peaceful way. Almost effortless. I’m more aware of my feelings and regulating them when negativity pops up. It almost never does anymore.

Anger is a natural response to some events and circumstances, but when it’s getting out of your control and awareness, it’s not putting you in a good, stable place.

Controlling your anger problems helps you live as a grounded person, so external events don’t shake your world that easily. When you let others get you out of an emotional balance, you are giving them the responsibility of your feelings.
